Kuwait’s crude oil hits $65.28 pb Tuesday - KPC

Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil increased by $1.9 to settle at $65.28 per barrel (pb) on Tuesday compared to $63.38 pb on Monday, according to the latest data by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).

At the global level, oil prices increased by the end of Tuesday by 3% in line with the rising tensions in the Middle East that raise risk of supply disruptions.

The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) projected around 14% year-on-year rise in summer gasoline prices on the back of expectations for higher crude oil prices, according to a report released Tuesday.
