Kuwait-Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil continued to fall in Tuesday’s trades to $35.87 per barrel as compared to $35.92 on Monday.
The finance ministry expects Kuwait to run a deficit of KAD 8.18 billion in the 2015-16 budget, based on an estimate for oil prices at $45 per barrel.
Notable that Kuwait is the seventh country to have oil reserves of 101.5 billion barrels, in addition to 5 billion barrels in joint fields with Saudi Arabia.
