Mubasher: The oil minister and the electricity and water minister of Kuwait, Bakheet Al Rashidi, signed a contract worth KWD 14 million ($46.4 million) to supply and provide cables in different areas across the country.
According to an official statement, this contract aims to develop the electricity network in the new terminal at Kuwait International Airport (KIA).
The cables which are expected to be supplied can go across 252 kilometres, the ministry added.
