Kuwait’s inflation retreats 3.2% in October

Kuwait-Mubasher: The inflation rate in consumer prices slowed marginally rose to 3.2% year-on-year in October, from 3.1% in September, according to a statement issued by NBK.

NBK said that Kuwait’s inflation in food Inflation in local food prices slowed slightly to 4.3% from 4.4% y/y in September, as global food prices continued to fall.

“Inflation in housing services was unchanged from September’s 5.7% y/y,” added the report.
