Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil increased by 66 cents to $65.06 per barrel (pb) on Monday compared to $64.4 pb on Thursday, according to the latest data issued by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.
At the global level, oil prices declined by 3% in line with less geopolitical worries, which have affected oil prices in the past period.
In the first quarter of 2018, crude oil registered strong gains that were backed by the geopolitical tension in the Middle East, in addition to Trump’s threat to cancel the nuclear agreement with Iran.
