Kuwait-Mubasher: Real estate transactions in Kuwait stood at KWD 685.4 million in the third quarter of 2015 as compared to KWD 932.57 million in the same quarter of 2014, a decrease of 27%, according to a statement by Wafra Real Estate.
In Q3, total transactions declined by 42% to 1,180 deals from 2,023 in Q3-14.
Wafra noted that its declined results came on back of the slow summer season.
