Kuwait-Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Kuwaiti bourse grew 0.78% or 40.87 points to settle at 5,284.87 points this week as compared to 5,244 points in the previous week.
The weighted index leveled up 1.5% or 5.43 points to reach 367.53 points the week ended 10 March as compared to 362.1 points a week ago.
The KSX 15 index levelled up 2% or 17.07 points to 871.7 points from 854.63 points.
This is the third straight week of gains for the Kuwaiti exchange.
During the week, the market’s liquidity increased 15.2% to KWD 68.28 million as trading volume grew 27.7% to 993.39 million shares that were traded through about 20,380 shares.
KSE’s market cap gained KWD 510 million to reach KWD 25.31 billion as compared to KWD 24.8 billion in the past week.
