Mubasher: Kuwait has slashed the official selling price (OSP) for May crude shipments to Asia by $3.15 month-on-month (MoM) to a $7.80 per barrel premium to the average Oman and Dubai benchmark crude prices, Reuters reported on Thursday.
The new exporting premium price fell by $4.50 MoM to $7.60 a barrel to the average Oman and Dubai benchmark crude prices, whilst the price of Khafji crude oil slid by $3.05 to $7.80 a barrel to the average Oman and Dubai benchmark crude prices.
It is worth pointing out that the newly-announced prices follow a similar move by Saudi Arabia for oil prices to Asia for May.
