Mubasher: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced that the country has not registered any cases of coronavirus infections to date, the spokesman of the ministry, Dr Abdullah Al Sanad, disclosed to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
Al Sanad said that the ministry has taken all the necessary precautions to “keep this disease at bay” and applied all international health regulations to maintain the country's health security in accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO).
Al Sanad added that all health sectors are working hard to detect any cases, in coordination with the concerned entities.
It is noteworthy to mention that on Wednesday, 29 January, the UAE reported the first coronavirus case in the Middle East.
