Kuwait to ink deal with ICC for building international court

Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait has announced on Wednesday its intention of signing an agreement with The International Criminal Court for establishing a headquarters for arbitrations and conflicts of the entire disputes in the Gulf region as well as in the Middle East.

The country will be inking the agreement in the near future to build an international court in Kuwait, aiming to be a financial and commercial hub in the region, Kuwaiti justice minister said on the sidelines of the international conference on arbitration in investment which was held in Kuwait.
