Kuwait – Mubasher: The Kuwaiti bourse’s main index ended Tuesday’s session down 0.12% or 6.47 points to 5,463.15 points.
The weighted index retreated by 0.30% or 1.04 points to close at 351.15 points, while Kuwait-15 index lost 0.5% or 4.03 points to 813.86 points.
Blue chips dragged the market down, led by shares of the banks sector as Boubyan and KFH fell by 1.27% and 1.1%.
KSE’s liquidity shrank by 47.6% to KWD 3.68 million, after trading volume decreased by 51.6% to 36.83 million shares.
Investors was the most active stock on which 3.75 million shares were traded. The stock fell by 2.13%.
Zain stock recorded the highest liquidity that totalled KWD 662,000. The stock settled at 335 fils.
