Kuwait – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) edged down 0.10% or 5.5 points to reach 5,429.96 points by 9:45am Kuwait time on Thursday.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices retreated 0.13% and 0.15% respectively.
KSE’s trading value stood at about KWD 2.9 million as 11.6 million shares were traded through 306 transactions.
The technology sector headed five decliners by 0.90%, dragged by Osos which lost 2%.
Meanwhile, the oil and gas sector topped three gainers by 0.69%, on the back of Contracting and Marine Services which gained 5.8%.
Agility was the most active stock with highest liquidity that reached KWD 1.2 million via 2.5 million shares traded through 34 transactions.
