Kuwait –Mubasher: The Kuwaiti indices opened Monday’s trading with mixed performances. The price index inched down 0.01% or 0.71 point to the level of 5,211.97 points.
Meanwhile, the weighted index edged up 0.20% or 0.70 point to 357.88 points, and the KSX 15 index increased 0.36% or 3.06 points to 842.73 points.
Trading volume reached 48.03 million shares through 968 trades worth KWD 2.89 million.
Telecom was the worst performing sector as it fell 0.35%, while consumer goods was the best after adding 0.55%.
Kuwait Real Estate Holding topped risers with a growth of 10.26%, whereas Sanam Real Estate headed losers with a drop of 5.95%.
The Kuwaiti indices rose collectively on Sunday, as the price, weighted and KSX 15 indices advanced 0.73%, 0.23% and 0.18% respectively.
