Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Stock Exchange’s (KSE) benchmark index fell 0.17% or 8.79 points to settle at 5,275.89 points at 10 am Kuwait time on Wednesday.
The weighted index retreated by 0.08% or 0.21 points to approach 365.12 points. However, KSX 15 index rose 0.05% or 0.46 points to 861.45 points.
KSE’s trading value reached KWD 3.1 million, after 53.8 million shares were exchanged through 1,026 deals.
Al Safat Energy topped the winners by a 10% growth, while Jeeran Holding headed the losers by a drop of 7.25%.
Al Safat Energy was the most active stock as 6.72 million shares were traded.
Ahli United Bank recorded the highest liquidity after generating about KWD 277,100.
