Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) started Tuesday’s trading session lower by 0.06% or 0.10 points to reach 5,636.9 points.
Meanwhile, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices levelled up by 0.29% and 0.47% respectively by 9:40am Kuwait time.
KSE’s liquidity amounted to KWD 3.27 million, after 47.75 million shares were exchanged through 1,010 transactions.
The technology segment led four decliners with 0.4%, dragged by Hayat which lost 3.2%.
The telecom sector rose by 0.23% in line with the 1.06% growth of Zain.
Boubyan Holding was the most active stock on which 11.63 million shares were traded.
NREC recorded the highest trading value of about KWD 325,370.
