Kuwait-Mubasher: The benchmark index of Kuwait’s stock market inched up 0.03% or 1.69 points to reach 5,230.44 points this week as compared to 5,228.75 points in the previous week.
The weighted index rose by 0.34% or 1.22 points to 361.04 points during the week ended 7 April, up from 359.82 points a week ago.
The KSX 15 index grew 0.28% or 2.37 points to 852.87 points from 850.5 points.
Liquidity decreased by 31% to KWD 62.97 million. Trading volume fell by 8.8% to 930.22 shares which were traded through about 17,770 transactions.
The market cap gained KWD 80 million to stand at KWD 24.96 billion by the end of the week as compared to KWD 24.88 billion in the past week.
