Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) started Tuesday’s trading session in the green zone.
The benchmark index inched up 0.11% or 5.99 points to reach 5,475.34 points by 9:40am Kuwait time. The weighted index grew by 0.56% or 2.04 points to 366.39 points, and Kuwait-15 gained 1.08% to 869.31 points.
KSE’s turnover amounted to KWD 2.02 million after 23.78 million shares were traded through 680 transactions.
The banks sector headed the gainers with 0.83%, followed by the oil and gas segment which rose by 0.7%.
Tahssilat was the top winner with a growth of 7.14%, while Inovest led the losers with a fall of 6.6%.
