Kuwait-Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) levelled up 0.89% or 46.87 points to reach 5,441.71 points by 11 am Kuwait time on Sunday.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices rose by 1.88% and 2.31% respectively.
Liquidity reached KWD 7.6 million, as about 57 million shares were exchanged through nearly 1,164 transactions.
The basic materials sector topped nine gainers by 2.45%.
National Industries Group was the most active stock on which 7.2 million shares were traded.
NBK recorded the highest liquidity that stood at KWD 3.4 million.
Marakez was the top winner by 10.8%, while KFIC led the losers by 6.76%.
