Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwaiti Court of first instance has issued a verdict of the invalidity of the capital increase of Kuwait Business Town Real Estate.
Kuwait Business Town Real Estate stated that it won’t negatively influenced by the verdict since it is not a final one.
The Kuwaiti listed firm also noted that it will appeal against the court rule.
The company is capitalized at KWD 54.19 million distributed across 541.9 million shares at 100 Kuwaiti fils par value each.
