Kuwait-Mubasher: Aqar Real Estate Investments said that a 99.97%-owned subsidiary has signed a primary contract to sell a residential property in the Hawalli Governorate in Kuwait for KWD 4.7 million.
A gain worth about KWD 850,000 will be registered in Q1-16 financials, following the sale deal, the company said in a bourse statement.
