Mubasher: The Main, All-Share, and Premier markets of Bourse Kuwait edged up by 0.19%, 0.13%, and 0.11%, respectively, by the end of Sunday’s trading session.
Liquidity soared to KWD 24.37 million on Sunday when compared to KWD 18.84 million in the previous session.
The trading volume reached 156.75 million shares from 125.94 million.
The oil and gas sector advanced eight gainers with 0.78%, while the consumer services led three losers with 0.43%.
Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment (KMEFIC) headed the risers with 17.80%, whereas Sharjah Cement and Industrial Development Co topped the fallers with 9.83%.
National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) recorded the highest turnover of KWD 3.96 million, the stock was down 0.42%, while Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment was the most active stock with 16.10 million traded shares, the stock went up 2.56%.
