Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait opened Monday with a mixed performance after the Premier and Main markets inched up 0.37% and 0.24%, respectively, while the All-Share Market index fell 0.09%.
By 11:20 am Kuwait time, Boursa Kuwait’s trading volume hit 12.48 million shares exchanged through 1.160 transactions at a turnover of KWD 4.90 million.
The telecommunication sector topped the gainers, followed by the oil and gas, industry, and banking sectors.
Meanwhile, the real estate, insurance, and basic materials sectors were among the decliners.
Abar’s stock headed the risers and added 10%, while Kuwait National Cinema’s stock topped the losers after falling 8.18%.
