Mubasher - Kuwait: Kuwaiti oil price dropped 58 cents to $32.15 per barrel in Wednesday’s trading, versus $32.37 a day earlier, according to the prices announced on Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.
In global markets, crude futures prices dropped after U.S. distillate stocks rose to levels higher than expected and despite that U.S. crude stocks fell 3.6 million barrels last week, according to statistics by US Energy Information Administration yesterday.
Brent crude price also plummeted by 15 cents to $40.11 per barrel, and U.S. crude slipped 35 cents to $37.16 per barrel.
