Kuwaiti oil rises $1.04 Wednesday – KPC

Kuwait – Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil increased by $1.04 to reach $51.90 per barrel on Wednesday, compared with $50.86 on Tuesday, Kuwait news Agency said according to Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).

Brent crude oil gained 13 cents to reach $56.22 per barrel, and West Texas Intermediate crude oil went up by 16 cents to reach $54.06 pb.

“The price of oil continued to soar as the date for executing the agreement to lower production between OPEC and other major oil producers nears,” KUNA said.
