Kuwait-Mubasher: The real estate sales in Kuwait plunged 29.3% to KWD 3.43 billion in 2015 as compared to KWD 4.86 billion in 2014, Kuwait News Agency cited a report by the National Bank of Kuwait.
On a monthly basis, sales stood at KWD 301 million in December as transactions totalled 507;,up by 4% from November.
The residential real estate sector grew beyond 31% on a monthly basis to reach KWD 131 million in December 2015.
