Kuwaiti regulator rejects two buyback proposals

Kuwait-Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Kuwait has rejected a proposal to allow Privatization Holding to trade in 10% of its shares, according to a bourse filing.

The Kuwaiti regulator also declined the same request from Amwal International Investment, citing the company’s financial inability to cover the buyback it proposes.
