Kuwait-Mubasher: The Kuwaiti bourse has started Thursday’s trading session in the red zone, as the price index settled at 5,789.95 points, a drop of 0.25% or 15.09 points.
At 10 am Kuwait local time, the weighted index fell by 0.13% or 0.50 points to reach 391.19 points. Also, the Kuwait-15 index retreated by 0.3 points to approach 926.84 points.
Trading value amounted to KWD 2.32 million, after 28.82 million shares were traded through 732 transactions.
GFH was the most active stock as 5.22 million shares were traded through 82 deals, with total value of KWD 197.73 million, a rise of 1.3% to 38 fils.
Zain stock recorded the highest turnover of around KWD 439,430 as 1.20 million shares were traded through 31 deals. The stock rose 1.4% to 365 fils.
Flex Resort topped the winners by adding 3.7% to 41.5 fils, while Mashaer Holding led the losers as it declined 7.02% to 106 fils.
