Kuwait – Mubasher: The three indices of the Kuwaiti bourse saw a grouped rise during the week ended 11 August.
The price index saw a weekly growth of 0.74% or 40.5 points to 5,499.72 points this week as compared to 5,459.26 points a week ago.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices posted a weekly rise of 1% and 0.7% respectively.
Liquidity gained 4.6% to reach KWD 32.09 million over this week versus KWD 30.67 million in the previous week, while trading volume increased by 36.2% to 374.17 million shares compared with 274.74 million in the past week.
