Kuwaitis’ property buys in Turkey up 4.9% in August

Mubasher: The volume of properties sold in Turkey to Kuwaiti citizens decreased by 4.9% in August compared to July; however, Kuwaiti buyers have remained the third largest purchasers of real estate in Turkey.

Kuwaitis have purchased 135 houses in August compared to 142 in July, according to the latest data issued by The Turkish Statistical Institute.

Iraqi citizens bought 317 houses in Turkey during August, ranking the first buyer, followed by Saudis with a number of 198 purchased properties.

“House sales to foreigners became 1 684 by increasing 11.4% compared to the same month of the previous year,” according to the official data.
