Cairo-Mubasher: Egyptian for Developing Building Materials (LIFT SLAB) said its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which was scheduled for Sunday, was postponed until 5 January, due to lack of quorum.
Shareholders were to discuss adding some business activities, such as building, selling and leasing properties, in addition to constructing villages, facilities and tourist shops.
