Cairo-Mubasher: The Egyptian Company for Developing Building Materials’ (LIFT SLAB) board has agreed to increase the issued capital to EGP 54.9 million from EGP 43 million, distributed on 5.49 million shares at a par value of EGP 10 per share.
The company’s rights issue has been covered by EGP 12 million on two phases, according to a previous bourse statement.
