Dubai – Mubasher: The lands and villas made up 62% of the AED 626 million real estate transactions in Dubai on Tuesday.
Sales of lands and villas reached AED 386 million, while mortgages yielded AED 240 million, accounting for 38.3% of the real estate transactions, according to the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD added in a statement that the real estate transactions in Dubai on Tuesday included the registration of 205 selling agreements, of which 27 are for lands in consideration of AED 138 million.
Meanwhile, 178 apartments and villas were sold for AED 248 million on the same day.
