Cairo – Mubasher: Porto Group Holding announced that Lantess International Limited lowered its stake from 7.28% to 5.21%, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Lantess sold 94 million shares at EGP 27.2 million at EGP 0.29 per share, the filing revealed.
Earlier, Lantess sold 16.33 million shares at EGP 0.30 each, totaling EGP 4.89 million, lowering its stake from 9.34% to 8.99%, according to a bourse filing.
Porto operates with EGP 455.9 million, divided into 4.5 billion shares at EGP 0.10 each.
On Monday, the stock quote steadied at EGP 0.31 by 10:24am Cairo local time.
