Cairo – Mubasher: Arqaam Securities Brokerage on Tuesday said that Lantess International Ltd has reduced its stake in Amer Group Holding Co to 8.99% from 9.83%.
Lantess International has sold 6 million shares at a value of EGP 1.98 million, equivalent to EGP 0.33 per share, the company added in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Amer Group’s capital amounts to EGP 1.003 billion distributed over 5.01 billion shares at a par value of EGP 0.20 per share.
