Riyadh – Mubasher: Leejam Sports Company announced the distribution of cash dividends to its shareholders for the third quarter (Q3) of the year at SAR 0.497 per share, equivalent to 4.97% of the share par value.
The dividends, worth a total SAR 26.03 million, will be distributed on 19 December 2019, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
Eligibility of dividends will be for shareholders who own shares on maturity Sunday 8 December 2019 and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day.
