List of oil and gas companies at NAPEC announced

Cairo –Decypha: The 7th North Africa Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (NAPEC) event, to be held between 21 – 24 March, in Oran Algeria, is expected to include a list of senior representatives from key oil and gas companies in the region.

 

At the head of the list is Algerian Energy Minister, Noureddine Boutarfa. Other speakers in the event include Amine Mazouzi, CEO of Sonatrach and Sil Ali Betata, President of ALNAFT, Algeria's energy regulatory authority.

 

Other companies expected to attend include event include Libya's NOC, ENI, GAZPROM, Tunisia's ETAP, REPSOL, ANADARKO, TOTAL, CEPSA, STATOIL, MAESKOIL, PETERTAMINA,  PTTEP, and service providers, regional energy ministries and regional energy regulatory agencies.

 

The theme for 2017 is “Working Together Amid the new Oil Price Level” with senior representatives from Libya's NOC, Tunisia's ETAP, Egypt's EGAS and Mauritania's SMHPM discussing their countries' unique opportunities and challenges.

 

One of the key challenges discussed is the issue of meeting global demand efficiently and in ways to ensure positive financial results in a fluctuating market.

 

The trade exhibition at NAPEC will showcase products, services and technologies, encompassing the upstream, midtstream and downstream sectors of the industry.
