Kuwait – Mubasher: Livestock Transport and Trading purchased its UAE partner’s whole 51% stake in its affiliate Emirates Livestock and Meat Products Trading Co., according to a bourse statement.
As a result, the Kuwait-listed firm will be the wholly owner of Emirates Livestock.
Livestock Transport paid the purchased stake’s book value worth AED 382,500 ($104,100).
The transaction followed the UAE partner’s unwillingness to renew the partnership agreement with the Kuwaiti firm.
