Kuwait – Mubasher: Livestock Transport and Trading Company said Wednesday that its lawsuit against the undersecretary of the ministry of commerce and industry has been adjourned to 25 October 2016.
The lawsuit was scheduled to be considered on 6 September, according to a bourse filing.
The livestock company has summarily asked for halting the ordinary general meeting scheduled for 6 September.
The stock ended today’s session falling by 0.81% to 246 fils.
