Kuwait – Mubasher: Livestock Transport and Trading brought a lawsuit against the undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, according to a bourse filing.
The livestock company has summarily asked for halting the ordinary general meeting that will be held on 6 September until the lawsuit no. 2079/2016 is considered and the draft implementing rule is enforced with neither notice nor a bail.
In the second quarter, the company earned KWD 1.11 million, compared with KWD 1.87 million for the year-ago period.
