Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai's Lootah Real Estate Development (LRED) on Sunday launched the construction of its new residential project 'The Gardner'.
The project added a real value to the projects developed and owned by Lootah in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai, the real estate company said in a statement.
The Gardner will comprise two buildings, each includes 217 residential units divided on a ground floor and four stories, the company added, noting that the project will be delivered in the third quarter of 2019.
Laying the foundations of The Gardner on Sunday is a new achievement, which we pride because it increases our residential projects portfolio, said Saleh Abdullah Lootah, the company’s executive director.
The real estate sector will continue its growth in the coming years, which will reflect positively in the whole sector, the top official concluded.
