Dubai – Mubasher: Lootah Real Estate Development on Thursday invited bids to design the master plan of its joint project with Dubai South.
The tender will include the submission of the design of the 1.15 million square-foot residential project’s master plan at the residential district in Dubai South, in addition to all services relevant to the environment or the design of the project, according to a company statement.
Under the agreement with Dubai South, Lootah Real Estate Development will develop a residential project to build a living community, the Dubai-based company added.
