Dubai – Mubasher: Lootah Real Estate Development has appointed Gensler to operate the master plan for designing Lootah’s new residential project in Dubai South.
Lootah, the pioneering real estate development arm of Lootah Holding, clarified that Dubai South’s residential project will be executed on a land space of 1.1 million square feet.
Upon the appointment contract, Gensler will be assigned for the visioning, strategic planning, urban design frameworks, in addition to innovative solutions of the project.
Lootah Real Estate has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dubai South to equally have the partnership for building this new residential project.
