Dubai – Mubasher: Lootah Real Estate Development on Sunday unveiled its upcoming residential building “The Edge”, making it the latest addition to the properties owned and developed by the company in Dubai Investment Park.
The new residential project will be established at the Ewan Residences development, Lootah Real Estate said in a statement, adding that The Edge comprises 103 units of elegantly designed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
Covering an area of 144,854 square metres, the five-storey property is set for delivery in the first quarter of 2020.
Residents will enjoy "spectacular amenities" such as the aesthetically landscaped gardens, a state-of-the-art recreation centre, swimming pools, jogging tracks and facilities that include a shopping centre and play areas for children, all within the Ewan community, the developer added.

The company did not give further details concerning the project's total cost or when it would open project sales.
