Dubai – Mubasher: Lootah Real Estate Development (LRED) and Dubai South inked a 50-50 joint venture (JV) agreement to develop a project in the latter's Residential District, according to a statement.
The project aims to meet clients’ growing demand and understand emerging changes in the real estate market.
The residential project will comprise 10,000 villas, townhouses, and residential homes in Dubai South, which are expected to house 35,000 individuals.
