Dubai – Mubasher: Lootah Real Estate Development on Sunday has unveiled new value-added facilities and services at its mixed-use gated community the Ewan Residences, which was launched in 2006.
Residences at the Dubai-based property developer’s pioneering community now can enjoy new residential amenities, including playgrounds and fountains, shaded recreational areas, improved jogging tracks, and professional landscape works, according to a press release.
Spanning a two million square feet area in the Dubai Investments Park (DIP), Ewan Residences has recently added three new G+2 buildings with approximately 51 units, a contemporary design, and a premium quality.
The emirate real estate firm has also revealed it enhanced its call centre and e-service support platforms that will easily provide residents with 24/7 assistance.
The improved e-service will enable residents of the community to manage their property remotely via accounts.
Lootah Real Estate’s latest feature is now available on its official website for all of its tenants across Dubai, the company highlighted.
The e-service will enable residents to handle all their requirements, including maintenance, lease contract related services and any community specific necessities.
