Dubai – Mubasher: Lootah Real Estate Development on Tuesday announced that it has won a new residential project at Dubai International City.
The Dubai-based developer will implement 40% of construction works of the residential units, which include the final finishes and various utilities, according to the company’s statement.
The real estate firm gave no further details on the value of the project.
Moreover, the “Lootah Residence II” building will be completed and listed in the real estate market for leasing in the first quarter of 2018.
The seven-floor building includes 100 flats, 38 studios, 48 one-room flats, 14 two-room flats, club, parking and a basement.
