Dubai – Mubasher: Line for Investments and Properties, the developer of LuLu Group’s malls on Wednesday unveiled a plan to establish 20 hypermarkets in the UAE.
The company is building three malls in Umm Al Qaiwain, Sharjah, and Dubai Silicon Oasis, Al Khaleej newspaper reported, citing the company’s general manager Marcello Larizza as saying.
The UAE-based company focuses on investing in the country, especially in Sharjah, Larizza stated.
With a total rentable area of 43,000 square metres, LuLu Group’s mall in Sharjah is under construction and is projected to be inaugurated by 2019, the top official added.
LuLu Group has 130 hypermarkets in the UAE and the GCC as well as 18 malls across the GCC and India.
