Dubai - Mubasher: Lufthansa Group airline said it signed an agreement with airberlin to lease 38 aircrafts.
Etihad Airways holds 29% indirect stake in airberlin, according to an official press release.
The national carrier of UAE stated that 33 of these aircraft are to be operated for the Eurowings Group; an additional five aircraft are to be flown for Austrian Airlines.
The agreement has a term of six years and becomes effective from February 2017 subject to any regulatory requirements.
