Dubai — Mubasher: UAE-based MAG Group Holding announced that its property development arm, MAG Dubai, has thus far sold 2,887 units at a combined value of AED3.5 billion ($950 million).
The real estate developer said that units were sold in a slew of developments, including MAG EYE, MAG 318, MAG MBL Residence, MAG 5 Boulevard and MAG 5 in Dubai South in addition to The Polo Townhouses and The Polo Residences in Meydan, according to an official statement.
As for AED4.7 billion MAG EYE project in Meydan District 7, MAG Dubai sold around 600 units comprising studios, two-, and three-bedroom townhouses with a value of AED400 million.
The property developer also said that it sold about 75% of the At MAG 318, a mixed-use luxury residential tower featuring 439 apartments.
The company’s statement also gave an update on construction of other project including MAG MBL Residence in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).
MAG Dubai revealed the completion of 30% and 15% of MAG MBL Residence and MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort, respectively.
The firm also announced the completion of six-building MAG 5 Boulevard project in Dubai South, which features 528 units including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
