Dubai – Mubasher: MAG Lifestyle Development (MLD), a subsidiary of MAG Group, has tendered the infrastructure works of its MAG Eye project.
MAG Eye is an AED 4.7 billion ($1.2 billion) mixed-use community development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City Meydan District 7.
“We have already witnessed strong investor interest driven by MAG Eye’s strategic location, unique features, and attractive payment plan, which we expect to drive further demand as the project progresses,” MLD’s CEO Talal Al Gaddah told Construction Week.
Scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2020, MAG Eye comprises 4,061 studios or one-bedroom apartments, and 536 three or four-bedroom townhouses – along with shared amenities including sports clubs and separate swimming pools for adults and children.
